- Build partnerships with GPs, DHBs, insurers & stakeholders.
- Ensure best-practice service delivery while fostering a positive team culture.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading a healthcare/rehabilitation team.

- Strong business acumen—able to align team performance with company goals.
