Mills Recruitment is expanding into New Zealand, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development – Recruitment Consultant to help establish and grow our presence in NZ based in Christchurch. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development and recruitment who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

Your Role:

  • Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market insights.
  • Deliver high-quality service to both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in 360 recruitment, business development, or sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and grow.
  • Experience in any industry sector is welcomed; exposure to engineering, accounting and finance, legal, manufacturing, or trades recruitment is a plus.
